In cooperation with our partner Prior-Design, we developed this Audi R8 Widebody. While Prior-Design supplied all parts of the coveted GT-850 body kits, the technicians took care of Famous Parts for proper installation, and the remaining conversions.
The brutal GT-850 body kit by Prior-Design lets the Ingolstadt sports car go perfect in the width. So he is now on the front and six on the rear three inches wider than the production car. Against the trend of the time, decided at Famous Parts of the body not for a Komplettfolierung, but painted the Audi R8 in the limited edition color "Matte White Mother of Pearl".
At the four ends of the R8 chassis with adaptive damping system "Magnetic Ride", which is tuned Famous parts individually, now rotate exclusive, Rotiform 3-piece forged wheels, front in 10Jx20 inch with 255/30R20 and rear in an extremely wide 13.5 Jx20 inch with 345/25R20 Continental Sport Contact tires. Suitable for painting the outer rims of Rotiform wheels were foiled white.
The drive unit of the Audi R8 has also been optimized, for Famous Parts built here a noble Capristo Flap sports stainless steel exhaust system with remote control and four-time sound selection. There was also this sophisticated software optimization and an in-house, modified air ducting system.
