The Paso 907 I.E. was introduced in 1991, a Sport Touring ready to go head to head with the Japanese and German competition. The 907 I.E. was the first two-valve Ducati twin to adopt the injection system previously developed for the 851. The bike was fitted with more reliable Veglia instruments, but the electronic components were largely the same as those of the previous Paso 906. It was manufactured up until 1992, and in 1993 the first Monster was created on its line.
